Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Note: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@themainspire.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
- Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Approved returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Returned items received in original, unused condition.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
